Welcome!!
Welcome to our 2012 Swim Team Season! We are excited to see all of our returning swimmers and welcome all who are new to our team.
Our team suit will be the same suit we used last year (2011). Anyone needing a new or replacement suit can purchase it with a team discount from Disco Sports.

Upcoming Dates:

|
HCRA OPEN HOUSE, 2pm - 4 pm. Turn in swim team registration, spirit wear orders and payments. Also, select your volunteer dates.

| May 20
|
SWIM TEAM KICK-OFF EVENT, 7pm-8pm. Pick up team T-shirts for those who registered on or before May 6th. Have an ice cream treat. Catch up with swim team friends and coaches. Brief meeting for all families new to our team.

| May 21
|
A $25 LATE FEE is charged for all regiatrations received after this date.
|
| May 24
|
Swimmers whose registrations are received AFTER this date may not be able to swim in the first meet and a $25 LATE FEE will be charged. |

Volunteers
As a reminder, each family is required to volunteer for at least 3 shifts at our meets. Thank you to those who have already signed up for your shifts! If you have not had a chance to select your shifts yet, contact our Volunteer Coordinators, Courtney Headley and Cossette Leonard.

Unavailability |
|
The coaches need to know in advance if your swimmer isn't going to be at a meet! There is an Unavailability List on the Swim Team Bulletin Board located on the bathhouse. Please make sure to let us know if there is a meet(s) that your swimmer is unavailable to swim or a meet where he/she will be arriving late or leaving early. Relay teams consist of 4 swimmers so it's important that we know your status.
